The Finance Officer is responsible for processing and recording all transactions while following Federal and NC guidelines to ensure the best use and proper purpose for the Town's spending. In addition, the Finance Officer is the primary contact for the annual financial statements and works with the Town Manager to prepare the yearly budget.
